A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. Ordering

If for any reason, due to extenuating circumstances, your order does not ship within three to four business days, customer service will contact you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
Address Change and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to [email protected] immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.
Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Upon delivery, recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to.
